White Dessert Wine. Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains 24 months in French oak barrels. Grapes continue to be harvested by hand until well into November, which gives it concentrated aromas and complexity. Bright golden colour. Floral aromas, candied fruits, honeyed notes, expressive. Sweet, flavourful, long and spiced on the palate. Very well balanced

Harvesting: Manual in 15 kg crates..

Maceration: Cold pre-fermentation at 5ºC for 24 hours..

Production and aging: Manual selection on sorting table. Partial fermentation in oak barrels followed by aging for 24 months in new French oak barrels.

Appearance: Saturated golden colour.

Nose: Notes of ripe tropical fruits, candied fruits, dried apricots, and honey. Elegant, strong character, hints of pastry and figs, aromas of orange blossom, acacia honey, and spices.

On the palate: Intense, balanced, and smooth. Lively acidity and long finish, with subtle touches of toasted oak and crème brûlée.

Food pairings: Strong and spicy cheeses. Ideal for appetizers with foie gras or very spicy oriental dishes. Excellent with pastries.
