Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. Aged for 12 months in French oak. Cherry red in colour with a violet rim. With aromas of ripe fruit, plum, chocolate, creamy oak and walnut. Velvety, silky mouthfeel. Long, medium-bodied, balanced and well-structured. D.O.P. Bolandin.

Harvesting period: Merlot last week of September. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah first weeks of October.

Harvesting: Mechanical and nocturnal.

Maceration: Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 5oC for 72 hours.

Production and aging: Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Appearance: Cherry red color with slight ruby highlights and a violet rim.

Nose: Abundance of ripe fruit, red berries, plum, ripe blackberry, aromas of cocoa, creamy oak, and nuts.

On the palate: Fruity and long, with freshness and concentration, velvet tannins, medium bodied and well structured.

Food pairings: Mediterranean cuisine, ethnic cuisine; white meats, grilled pork chops.
