Harvesting: Mechanically.
Porduction: Fermentation in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature.
Recommended drinking period: Between 1 and 3 years.
Appearance: Bright straw yellow with hints of green. Very bright.
Nose: Fruity aromas where pear, green apple, pineapple and mango stand out
On the palate: Fresh, lingering, with hints of fennel.
Food pairings: Ideal with cold appetisers, white fish and seafood, in particular.
