Harvesting: Mechanically.
Production and aging: Fermentation in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature. Then 3 months in French oak barrels.
Recommended drinking period: Between 1 and 3 years.
Appearance: Straw yellow colour, with greenish glints, bright and vibrant.
Nose: Very intense, pleasant aromas: banana, hay, with hints of fennel, pineapple, grapefruit and mango
