Preoduction and aging: Temperature-controlled maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks.

Appearance: Beautiful raspberry colour.

Nose: Very intense aromas of cherry, strawberry and sweets. Very fruity on the palate, with very pleasant, easy-to-drink, Gothic sensations.

On the palate: Excellent alcoholic acidity which gives it a pleasant sensation of freshness, lingering hints of citrus.

Food pairings: Oily fish, vegetables, rice and pasta dishes. Ideal for with sushi.
