Colección Privada Chardonnay is part of Bodegas Irache’s premium collection, crafted from a carefully selected blend of grapes grown in the vineyards of Tierra Estella, Navarra. Pale golden in colour, it reveals elegant aromas of ripe orchard fruit and delicate floral notes, enhanced by lees ageing, which adds richness, complexity and subtle hints of freshly baked pastry and toasted nuts. A refined, well-balanced Chardonnay with remarkable depth and character.
Harvest Period: Late September.
Harvesting: Mechanically harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatic expression.
Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in concrete tanks, followed by a period of oak ageing and subsequent maturation on its lees in concrete vats, enhancing texture, complexity and balance.
